Integral 2010 in Little Rock Arkansas

Tim King to keynote Global Reconciliation: Pathways to Peace Summit, Amman 2009
October 5th, 2009

The summit, December 14-17, will be hosted by HRH Prince Hassan of Jordan and will include individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to reconciliation. The summit’s patrons include Nobel Peace Prize recipients The Reverend Desmond Tutu, Sir William Deane, Aung San Suu Kyi, President Jose Ramos-Horta, and Harvard Professor Dr. Bernard Lown. Keynote speakers for the Spirituality and Celebration track are Tim King, author/activist; three-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee and Palestinian Christian activist Elias Chacour; Dr. Sari Nusseibeh, Muslim, President of Alquds University, Jerusalem. This conference is being sponsored by Monash University and The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Global Recession, Organizational Depression?

Most of us have probably seen our organizations feel the direct results of the global recession. From 2008 to 2009 many university’s endowments sank like a stone. Administrators have been forced to downsize staff, cut back faculty travel and trim benefits all around. Jobs have been reshuffled and programs cut.
