The beauty of a novel is that it often allows us to enter into a make-believe world where we are baggage-free regarding the people we meet, the places we go and the events we witness transpiring. But for an author to be able to accomplish this when it’s a novel about an event as broadly taught as the Adam and Eve drama of the Bible, well THAT is an extraordinary accomplishment indeed. And such was the case as I read Eve by Elissa Elliott.

The David Group International is thrilled with the opportunity to provide a full-scholarship for Dalaya Ashenafi as she aims to procure a graduate degree in the area of peace studies and international diplomacy.
Below is her story… a compelling story of hope!
The summit, December 14-17, will be hosted by HRH Prince Hassan of Jordan and will include individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to reconciliation. The summit’s patrons include Nobel Peace Prize recipients The Reverend Desmond Tutu, Sir William Deane, Aung San Suu Kyi, President Jose Ramos-Horta, and Harvard Professor Dr. Bernard Lown. Keynote speakers for the Spirituality and Celebration track are Tim King, author/activist; three-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee and Palestinian Christian activist Elias Chacour; Dr. Sari Nusseibeh, Muslim, President of Alquds University, Jerusalem. This conference is being sponsored by Monash University and The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
The genesis of The David Group International is in response to a forward call to serve both the planet and those sustained by it. In recognizing many of the global challenges that lay before us, we hold as our mission the desire to expedite a global conversation for a new earth. Primarily we do this by focusing upon what we believe to be four core transformational quadrants: the sacred, personal, organizational and the societal, with the sacred often holding the most potential in influencing the other three.
